The high
mobility vehicle "Hummer", in service with the U.S. Armed Forces, is
being used in a great variety of tasks: from combat missions - equipped
with TOW and Stinger missiles (No. 254) - to transport, liaison and
communication missions. This recent variant - with an anonymous exterior
- are in reality extremely important because of their various
communications systems, which enable rapid transmission of information
from commando missions to headquarters. The use of these vehicles was
essential during the Gulf conflict to ascertain flow of information in
